Let's hear it for the OUTIES!

Sometimes it feels like the outfield gets the short end of the softball stick — like it’s where kids go to “stay out of the way.” But let me tell you something loud and clear: OUTFIELD IS POWER!

One slow reaction or missed ball in the outfield can cost 2 or 3 runs. One confident stop can save a game.  Outfielders are the last line of defense, the quiet heroes, the ones who turn doubles into singles and stop chaos before it starts.

Every position matters!

• 3rd base takes courage
• Shortstop takes range
• 1st base takes focus

👉 But the Outfield takes anticipation, hustle, and composure under pressure

Here’s the bigger truth we tell our players: Your position does not define your worth. You are not placed somewhere because you’re “not good enough.” You're placed where the team needs you most — and what makes you valuable isn't your spot on the field.

 What actually defines your value?

• Your hustle
• Your attitude
• Your voice cheering on teammates
• Your effort even when the ball never comes your way
• Your courage to try, learn, and show up

Because we win as a team — not from just one position.
